Following on from our last update, we can confirm that we have been instructed to close the school to almost all children after this Friday until further notice.

As advised by the government, we will do all we can to stay open for the children of key workers (e.g. NHS staff, police, others in frontline services) and children with certain needs.

We are waiting for the government to publish more information on what this means. At the moment the only information to have been released to schools is what came out of last night's briefing.

Today is going to be very busy and we hope to be able to give you considerably more information by the end of school today.

On a lighter note, as these are the last two days before closure, we are putting our curriculum to one side and having fun with the children. We don't know when we will all be back together and so we want to make happy memories that will last the next weeks and months.

Tomorrow is a non-uniform day for everyone!
