SATs

NOTE: This year's formal SATs have been cancelled. However, children will be completing reading and maths past papers to help inform our teacher judgements at the end of the year.

In May, Year 6 complete standard assessment tests (SATs), along with all other year 6 pupils in the country. They complete three maths papers; one arithmetic and two reasoning. They complete a reading paper which contains three different texts. They also complete a SPaG test, which includes spelling, punctuation and grammar questions. These tests are completed in their usual classroom under exam conditions. For children with specific needs, there may be alternative arrangements to support them to access the tests.

Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about SATs.
